Guides

Brian Breeden and Stacey Crosser

Brian Breeden and Stacey Crosser have been waterfowl hunting together since childhood. Combined they have over 50 years of waterfowling experience!! Their common sense approach to waterfowling always has ducks piled up on the front of the boat at the end of the day.

Clint Gantt

Clint Gantt is a second generation Reelfoot Lake hunter. His family history lays claim to some of the finest waterfowl history our area has ever offered. "When you love what you do, It really shows in your work". During a 60 days season Clint usually misses no more than 3-4 days per year. His experience in the duck blind combined with a "get it done" attitude makes him one of the most sought after guides on Reelfoot Lake.

Randle Flowers

Reelfoot Lake Duck and Fishing Guide Randle Flowers has been hunting and fishing Reelfoot for over 40 years and has been guiding professionally for 20 years. He's a guide because he really enjoys taking people out to experience the great hunting and fishing this area has to offer. His knowledge of Reelfoot Lake and his enthusiastic personality will help make your trip to an enjoyable experience.

Randle's blind can hunt up to 9 people.

It's heated, so you can be comfortable no matter what the weather.

He also provides 2 hearty meals cooked right in the blind.

Garret Davis

Garrett Davis has been waterfowl hunting since he was old enough to tote a gun.   He has guided for many years and currently works as a pro-staffer for Sillisock decoys and Natural Game Calls.   A true testament that scouting, hard work, and perseverance pay off huge dividends in any situation, Garrett is sure to put "feet in your face".

Mike Newsom

Mike Newsom is a 6th generation hunter and a 3rd generation guide on Reelfoot Lake. Some would say he was a "natural" when it comes to the sport of duck hunting, and by the time he was 13 years of age was guiding parties of 6 men or more solely by himself. "I took the ball and ran with it, and made a lot of friends along the way". Over the years, Mike's passion for outdoor adventure has carried him across 2 continents and 3 different countries. From the barley fields in Manitoba, Canada to the coastal marshes of South Carolina, to the flooded green timber of Arkansas, and all points in between, Mike has lived the Waterfowler's Dream. "Of all the places I've hunted, Reelfoot Lake is still my favorite."

At 18 years of age, Mike was hired by Pradco ( the largest manufacturer of Outdoor products in the World) to promote hunting all across the United States. One of the many perks of the job was filming various hunts at the Nation's top lodges. "I took the best of each of those guide services, and tailored my guide service to be something special......a place where you feel like you are amongst life-long friends from the start".

In the off season, Mike and his wife Annette operate Newsom & Associates, a marketing and advertising firm in Martin, Tn. They have two children- Avery-Grace and Enzley-Claire.
